As winter winds down and spring just around the corner, it’s also time for another edition of Internorga, Germany’s largest and most important trade fair for the foodservice, catering and hospitality industries. For five days, nearly 93,000 trade professionals and more than 1300 exhibitors spread out across 4 halls will browse and exhibit the latest trends in commercial kitchen furnishings and equipment.
Internorga is one of Germany’s oldest yearly exhibitions. The city of Hamburg has welcomed visitors to Internorga since the first edition took place in 1921. Hamburg’s nickname, “Tor zur Welt” or “Gateway to the World” stems from its economic prosperity as a port city on the River Elbe, flowing directly into the North Sea. One of the original Hanseatic League cities of the Middle Ages, its wealth is reflected in its proud architecture, hardworking people and quiet energy.
True Europe looks forward to another successful participation at Internorga and just as in previous years, you’ll find our exhibit once again in Hall 3, Stand A301. Front and centre at our exhibit are the new GN-compatible counter refrigerators and freezers.
Available in 2-section and 3-section door and drawer combinations, TCR-TCF series counters are a restaurant operator’s best friend by combining ample storage area with an outstanding ability to maintain proper holding temperatures. Best of all, these new counters earn best-in-class energy consumption ratings.
Foodservice operations will net huge savings on their electric bills every year that their True counters are in use. Paired with True’s attractive, robust new GN2/1-compatible upright refrigerator and freezer combinations, operators stay better organized while saving money.
True also boasts the widest range of food prep tables in the industry, and fans of our prep tables will be greeted at our Internorga stand by an array of sizes and applications. Whether you’re preparing pizza, sandwiches, salads, sushi or a new food trend you might find at Internorga, True prep tables are an indispensable tool in any foodservice professional’s kitchen.
Finally, mark your calendars for the 38th Foodservice Forum, sponsored by Foodservice Europe & Middle East magazine. It takes place the day before Internorga opens –Thursday, March 14– with 2200 participants in attendance featuring German and international speakers and presenters on a wide range of topics, consumer trends and success factors focused on the foodservice, catering and hospitality industries. We look forward to seeing you there and of course at our stand during the Internorga show.
Internorga takes place at the Hamburg Messe and Congress Center from Friday, March 15 through Tuesday March 19 with opening hours from 10:00 – 18:00. For more information please visit www.internorga.com.
